This course is designed to be realistic, relatable and restorative. I know that you don't have hours to dedicate to self-care (as gorgeous as that would be), so I am going to show you how to fit self-care into the cracks of your long AF summer days.
Together, we are going to soothe your nervous system this summer through bite-sized meditations that you can do behind your sunglasses; yoga poses that you can do by the pool; and breath work that you can do while driving your kids to camp.
