I’m Louise Parker, a yoga teacher and retreat leader who has spent the past five years specializing in yoga and mindfulness for teens. Through sold-out teen yoga summer camps, teen yoga retreats (like sleepaway camps), and weekly teen yoga classes, I’ve guided hundreds of teens to discover tools that build confidence, resilience, and calm.
My work blends movement, breath, and mindfulness with a deep understanding of what today’s teens are navigating — from school and sports to friendships and stress.
