Night Before - Squiggles
Grab your journal & a marker, and get squiggling!
Get alllllll of that nervous energy & your worries out of your brain and onto paper.
Remember:
- Set a timer for 1 minute.
- Place the marker on the page, close your eyes, take a breath and just scribble, draw, let the marker flow. Let alllllll of that noise in your brain come out onto the paper.
- There is literally no right or wrong here, no rules, it doesn’t need to be pretty (in fact it probably won't be) - just let it all come out.
- When the timer goes off choose to continue if you have more junk inside your head to get out, or stop, and open your eyes.
- Now the tricky part is to look at your squiggles with openness and without judgement. Laugh at it, love it, but don't judge it!
